The Tutti Bambini CoZee bedside crib is designed to give you an uninterrupted night's sleep. It has a drop side rail that can be easily removed for feedings at night without having to wake your child or get up - it's ideal for mothers who are breastfeeding! It is also lightweight and easy to move around during nap time or for travel.

It's made from soft materials and features breathable mesh sides to promote airflow. It's available in charcoal and oak and has a variety of melange fabric options that are compatible with all decor styles. Anna found it solid and secure when it was attached to her bed with the legs securely clicking into place and the zips secure to ensure safety for babies. It took Anna approximately 10 minutes to put it together and didn't require any tools. There are clear instructions along with a video and customer support number if you have any problems.

The CoZee crib is equipped with all the features you'd expect from a crib for your bedside cot co sleeper, including the ability to attach it to your existing bed using a stay-in place connection system. It also comes with six height settings. Additionally it has an incline feature that can be used to help babies suffering from reflux or congestion. It's also machine-washable, which is a must for all the dribbles and vomit that comes with having a baby!

If you're looking to keep your baby close to you during the first six months when they're able to go to sleep on their own The CoZee is a great option because it can be used as a separate crib, changing table and toddler bed. It can even be converted into a sofa bed by the addition of an extension pack. Although it can't magically put your baby to sleep or feed them, it can rock the baby and take them to school.

The Chicco Next2Me Magic

This is one of the more expensive alternatives. However, it has numerous excellent features. It can be used as either a side-sleeper or a standalone crib and is suitable for infants from birth to six months. It comes with a new mechanism to open and close the side panel and is easy to operate even with one hand. It's also more flexible than its predecessor, having 11 different height levels and feet that retract to fit under any bed.

Our testers loved the ease of access offered by the side panel that can be moved up and downwards with just one push of a button. This was a huge benefit during feeding times at night, as it meant they could reach into and take their baby away without waking them up.

The side panel can be lowered by itself, too however, it's not advised as it increases the chance of your baby falling out of the cot. But, the patented safety locking mechanism means that it will only remain in place when it is attached to the bed properly. This feature can be very beneficial for peace of mind if you're breastfeeding and require frequent nighttime feeds.

Telescopic legs allow the Chicco Next2Me Magic to be used with any bed, including divan bases or beds with drawers. It also comes with a tilting function for reflux babies and a rocking bedside crib feature to soothe them back to sleep after eating. It's also incredibly spacious and provides great ventilation due to its mesh sides.

Our test subjects found the Next2Me Magic easy to set up and use, however it does come with lengthy instructions. It's heavier than other side-sleepers but it's still fairly portable and can be moved from room room easily. It can also be folded into a bag for travel which is great for those who want to transport it. The only thing our test subjects found was that the side panel did not flex as much compared to other models. This made it a little harder to see your baby from your bed.

The Shnuggle Air

The Shnuggle Air bedside crib is an excellent choice if you want a crib that can grow with your child. It's designed to be a sleep-co-sleeping bassinet that will attach securely to your bed but also convert into a stylish cot once your baby is ready, it's ideal for feeding your baby at night and fostering a bond with your baby.

Contrary to other models of bedside cot 6 months plus crib like the Shnuggle Air is built with breathability in mind. The mesh side panels with dual-view and airflow mattress that is hypoallergenic and breathable maximize airflow and keep your baby comfortable and cool. The gentle incline helps alleviate colic and reflux. The zip-down side lets you to feed your baby or comfort them during the night.

The cot conversion kit (sold separately) is also well-designed, with clear instructions and everything you need to get started. It took us about an hour to put together and was fairly simple to put together. The only issue with the instructions was that some pictures did not have captions. This made it difficult for us to follow. However, it was an easy process and the quality of materials employed was of a high standard.
