While the TAVO is a great option for parents who want to save money, it's not the ideal choice when you're looking to use a bassinet or a reversible child seat. It only faces one way and doesn't allow for a car seat, or other accessories such as the bassinet stand, rain cover, cup holder or a tray for snacks for children. For those who want something more then the MIXX Next is a better option because it can accommodate all of these things.

We are awestruck by the fact that the Cybex Gazelle is light and easy to move around making it perfect for parents who like to get out and explore. It also comes with a massive storage basket underneath and a wide range of attachments that allow parents to take their lighter shopping items or groceries with them. It's more expensive than other 2 in 1 prams but it's worth the investment as the quality and functionality of this model are top-of-the-line.

The stroller comes with a single-pull safety harness that makes it simple to secure your child into the seat. It also has a sun canopy that can be removed with peek-a-boo and XXL panels. It also comes with a handy parent tray to hold drinks, snacks and phones. Through our tests, we found that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that performed well. It is able to maneuver through most terrains with ease, although it isn't able to navigate over grassy areas and gravel. It can also be difficult to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch in height. This stroller is not recommended to use on the stairs or off-road, but its suspension system can assist to minimize bumps.

The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's hard to access without removing infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers typically have however Joovy offers a separate baby prams 2 in 1 carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this issue.

Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage features however we'd prefer a little more versatility from our strollers. The stroller's versatility in seating arrangement is a major benefit. Parents can mount their infant car seats in either opposite directions or the same direction, depending on their preferences.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly in terms of weight and size folded. It's the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored well for maneuverability, which is an important attribute for parents looking for a travel stroller that will fit into tiny spaces. The Delta is a basic product that lacks some features that other strollers that we tested offer, like an extended recline or a large storage basket. It's a great choice for families on a tight budget or for those who only need a second stroller occasionally, like for a trip to the Zoo.

The LX Side-by-Side is a light and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push. Its relatively short frame with swivel front wheels, swivel rear wheels and padding for the shoulder pads ensure a smooth ride for your kids.
